The mosaic will be attached to a planned bus shelter. 'Under The sea' Michelle volunteered to make a mosaic dragon with the children & parents attending A.I.M.S. (Achievment,Information, Music & Support), a support group for children with special needs and their families. The dragon was displayed in a flower bed on Teignmouth sea front during the TRAIL event.The materials were kindly paid for by The Helen Foundation.Michelle was supported on this project by Becca Harris, a previous student, who is now making mosaics independantly. The mosaic is inspired by 'Smaug' in J R R Tolkien' sbook 'The Hobbit', the dragon who sits on his pile of treasure.
